Konkani Cashews
Konkani Cashews (Kokani Kaju) refer to the world-renowned cashew nuts grown along the Konkan belt of Maharashtra (primarily across the Sindhudurg and Ratnagiri districts). Famous for their naturally sweet taste, creamy texture, and rich nuttiness, cashews from this region—most notably Vengurla Cashews—hold a registered Geographical Indication (GI) Tag.
